Where do I even begin?! Dave Rose is literally one of the NICEST people you will ever meet. Wynsupply had contacted him for me, after I had no heat for 6 weeks and 3 previous servicemen couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my boiler. He showed up within 2 hours, spent hours rewiring everything that was installed incorrectly, ordered the correct parts that I needed, and came back to put them in once they were available a few days later. He was honest and kind, patiently answered all of my questions, kept me up to date on when my parts were being delivered, and was incredibly affordable. I am beyond thankful for him and his help!!! I am looking forward to seeing him in the spring to have Central Air installed.

My hot water tank busted and leaked all over my bathroom. Dave answered when I called, showed up the next day, completed all the work cleaned up after himself. When the electrician came I stumbled on another leak under my house. I called Dave he answered and came right over. Fixed up a broken pipe and didn’t charge this Mama crazy rates. after calling a handful of random numbers off google & getting no answers i posted an iso on fb looking for plumber for a busted value that left us without water. responded fast & came right over on a Saturday. leak fixed AND got my unused furnace working. Had a thermostat problem and called DNA late on a Friday so we could get heat. Figured it wouldn't be fixed till after the weekend. When i called, Dave was heading on an anniversary vacation so i did not expect anything till he returned. To my surprise his son was at my house shortly afterwards and we had heat right after that. With an infant in the house its good to know a business that can be trusted and counted on. I recommend DNA Maintenance and Mechaincal to any homeowner that needs h-vac/plumbing help, you wont be disappointed.

Dave and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with this week. A pipeline outside with 2 leaks causing water to come into our basement, a nightmare to say the least. DNA Mechanical is responsive, professional, knowledgable, and fair. Highly recommend, definitely 5 stars.

Austin with DNA Maintenance and Mechanical was polite, respectful, and meticulous. Don't let his youth fool you: He does it right. The job went smoothly with his knowledge and leadership. He came with everything he needed: tools and fittings alike. I am a real person who needed help with a couple of oil tanks. Removing one and installing another. He went above and beyond and made the whole thing painless for me, and relieved a lot of stress for me and my grandmother.
